7-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We stand behind our service. If you're not satisfied with ApexVol within the first 7 days of your subscription, we'll provide a full refund - no questions asked.

1. Free Trial

All paid subscription plans include a 7-day free trial. During the trial period:

  • You have full access to all features of your selected plan
  • No payment is charged during the trial period
  • You can cancel at any time before the trial ends with no charge
  • If you don't cancel, your subscription will automatically begin and your payment method will be charged

2. Money-Back Guarantee

If you have subscribed to a paid plan and are not satisfied, you may request a full refund within 7 days of your initial payment (not including the free trial period).

  • Request within 7 days of first payment
  • First-time subscribers
  • Monthly or annual subscriptions

Not Eligible

  • Requests after 7 days
  • Renewal payments (subsequent billing cycles)
  • Previous refund already granted on account
  • Account terminated for Terms violation

To request a refund under the money-back guarantee:

  1. Email support@apexvol.com with subject "Refund Request"
  2. Include your registered email address and reason for the refund (optional)
  3. We will process your refund within 5-10 business days
  4. Refunds are issued to the original payment method

3. Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Here's how cancellation works:

3.1 How to Cancel

Cancel your subscription through any of these methods:

  • Account Settings: Go to Account Settings → Subscription → Cancel Subscription
  • Email: Send a cancellation request to support@apexvol.com
  • Support: Contact our support team for assistance

3.2 What Happens When You Cancel

  • Access Until Period End:

    You retain access to all features until the end of your current billing period.

  • No Future Charges:

    Your subscription will not renew and no further charges will be made.

  • Data Preserved:

    Your account and saved data remain accessible. You can resubscribe at any time.

3.3 No Partial Refunds

Except as provided in Section 2 (Money-Back Guarantee), we do not provide partial refunds or credits for:

  • Unused time remaining in a billing period
  • Downgrading to a lower-tier plan mid-cycle
  • Periods of non-use or inactivity

4. Annual Subscriptions

Annual subscriptions are billed once per year at a discounted rate. The following policies apply:

  • 7-Day Guarantee: The money-back guarantee applies to annual subscriptions within the first 7 days
  • Cancellation: You may cancel at any time; access continues until the annual period ends
  • No Prorated Refunds: After the 7-day guarantee period, no partial refunds are provided for the unused portion of annual subscriptions
  • Renewal: Annual subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date

5. Plan Changes

5.1 Upgrading

When you upgrade to a higher-tier plan:

  • You will be charged the prorated difference for the remainder of your billing cycle
  • New features are available immediately
  • Future billing reflects the new plan rate

5.2 Downgrading

When you downgrade to a lower-tier plan:

  • The change takes effect at the start of your next billing cycle
  • You retain access to current features until the cycle ends
  • No refunds or credits are provided for the price difference

6. Billing Issues

If you believe you were charged in error or have billing questions:

  • Contact us immediately at support@apexvol.com
  • Provide your account email and transaction details
  • We will investigate and resolve legitimate billing errors
  • Confirmed billing errors will be refunded in full

7. Chargebacks

We encourage you to contact us directly before initiating a chargeback with your bank or credit card company. We are committed to resolving issues quickly and fairly.

Important Notice

Fraudulent chargebacks may result in account suspension and collection proceedings. If you have a legitimate dispute, please contact us first - we're here to help.

8. Refund Processing

When a refund is approved:

  • Processing Time: Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days
  • Method: Refunds are issued to the original payment method
  • Bank Processing: Your bank may take additional time (5-10 business days) to credit your account
  • Confirmation: You will receive an email confirmation when the refund is processed

9. Exceptions

ApexVol reserves the right to refuse refunds in cases of:

  • Abuse of the refund policy (e.g., repeated subscriptions and refunds)
  • Violation of our Terms of Service
  • Fraudulent activity
  • Chargebacks filed without first contacting ApexVol
