Can I cancel, and what if I forget?
You can cancel in one click from your account, at any time, with no contract and no email back and forth. We email a reminder before the trial ends and a live countdown sits in your account dashboard. If the trial converts, that charge stands, so cancel before day 7 if you do not want to continue. Cancelling after a charge stops the next renewal and you keep access to the end of the period you have paid for.

Which tier should I start with?
If you run covered calls or cash-secured puts on a small basket, start with Basic at $55 a month. If you trade spreads or condors, or you use dealer GEX to time entries, Premium at $95 a month. Pro at $195 a month is for traders who live in skew, term structure, vol arbitrage and earnings. Most subscribers land on Premium.
Can I switch tiers or go annual later?
Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately and downgrades at the end of the current billing period, with no fees for switching. Annual billing is available at two months free: email [email protected] after signing up to switch.
Is there a refund policy?
The 7-day free trial is how you evaluate ApexVol: every tool, every ticker, no charge. Once a payment is taken we do not refund it. You can cancel any time and access continues to the end of the period you have paid for, but charges already incurred stand. Full detail in the Refund and Cancellation Policy. If you are a UK or EU consumer your statutory rights are unaffected.
