What is Mutual Fund?

Mutual Fund A pooled investment vehicle that collects money from many investors to purchase a diversified portfolio of stocks, bonds, or other securities. Unlike ETFs, mutual funds trade only once per day at the closing NAV. Options are not available on mutual funds directly.
